The company’s PS Lift portfolio has been enriched with new, specialized cranes with counterweight of the Italian manufacturer Flexlifting.

The choice is manual and electric models. All versions feature a thoughtful design and are a proven solution for safe lifting and handling of loads.

The design of anti-weight cranes eliminated the need for chassis (or front legs). These units are easy to maneuver, even at full load, and thanks to a total width of only 800 mm (or 990 mm for some electric models) are extremely helpful also in tight spaces. These cranes can work anywhere in the company lifting cargoes from 500 kg to even two tonnes.

When will they do the best?

Workshop cranes are most often used to lift and position loads at work.

They work perfectly where you often need them. the movement of cargo over obstacles. They can be used in workplaces where it is not possible to mount the crane permanently to the ground, e.g. in narrow spaces, assembly lines and restricted spaces – these devices allow to lift loads at height when other mechanisms cannot be used.

These products are used for industrial machinery work, e.g. to place loads on machine tools, when replacing tools in CNC machines or positioning moulds for injection moulding machines. 

They are very useful, among others. in workshops, e.g. when replacing batteries or engines. . . In the construction industry, many employees use cranes when inserting windows, installations, linings or for fitting them.

Technical specifications

Depending on the selected model maximum lifting height is 5 500 mm, a maximum arm span 3 000 mm. 

In the standard, hydraulic system The cranes shall be fitted with a valve to prevent discharge of the load (e.g. in case of rupture of cables) and an overload valve.

Italian workshop cranes from Flexlifting have a 4-step adjustment of the length of the armMounted dial for lowering cargo allows for easy and precise adjustment of the lowering speed.

Towing wheels are equipped with parking brakes. They are very durable and allow smooth driving.

For safe transport of cranes at longer distances, manufacturer equipped bottom rama in special brackets for forklifts.

Importantly, anti-weight cranes can be retrofitted, e.g. with hooks, magnets, vacuum lifts, slings or belts.
