Marine MR wall-mounted wire rope winch

The Marine MR cable winch, with a load capacity of 3 and 5 tonnes, was specially designed to be used in the maritime and shipbuilding industry. Its design and finish were adapted to the harsh conditions prevailing at sea by applying painting in the C5M offshore system. Thanks to this, the winch is additionally protected with layers of paint that provide greater corrosion resistance.

Important components of the winch, such as drum, crank and any outgoing shafts, screws and nuts, were made of 316 stainless steel. This material is characterized by high corrosion resistance, which ensures long-lasting durability and reliability of the winch under difficult sea conditions.

The device has been equipped with a pressure brake with a double ratchet mechanism. Such a system shall ensure that the cargo is held in each position in a certain and effective manner.
