In the second part we decided to take railway lifts, machine jacks and gear lift tables to the workshop. These seemingly small crane devices can lift or drag loads with a really impressive weight – Not even 25 tons!
Therefore, let us make sure in the earlier statement that “small is beautiful, and it will lift practically anything”.
Railway jacks
Railway lift is a product dedicated to lifting and moving heavy components in rolling stock. These may be rails, vehicles or specialized machinery. With a foot or head, these innocent-looking lifts will lift up to 20 tons of load!
They can be used not only for the operation of rolling stock, but also in repair workshops, loading points as well as mines.
Rail lifts have a very simple design. Any available lift can be fitted with a crank with a RAKU rattle. Such a solution will allow to raise or lower the charge by moving up – down. This is particularly valuable in places where we cannot afford a full 360° crank spin.
The lifts are made of durable steel. The built-in brake blocks the charge in the desired position by the user, and thanks to the selected gearing it takes little force to manipulate the crank.

Machine lift
Machine lift This is another example of not judging a proverbial book by its cover.
At first glance, such compact construction and low own mass do not reveal the capabilities of this device – and these can really do a lot! Most importantly, the capacity of PS-HM machine lifts reaches up to 25 tons.
As the name itself indicates machine hydraulic lifters are primarily dedicated to the machinery and steel industry. Very large loads allow to work in heavy industry, automotive industry, shipbuilding sector, power plants or building bridges or foundations of large structures.
Balancing, handling, positioning, lifting – hydraulic lift machine PS–HM easily manipulates loads with a large weight. Such equipment is necessary when a smooth, even and safe positioning of the load is needed, in particular when every centimeter counts. To additionally enable lifting or balancing of the load, the machine lift can work both vertically and horizontally.

Rack jacks
Wall-mounted rack jacks take very little space and have a very low own mass of 12 -20kg. This is a good solution in small production plants and warehouses.
Their task is to stretch and squeeze the load. They are most commonly mounted with bolts and locks. Such lift tables are used in greenhouses, greenhouses, incineration plants, for example to open air vents or lift and lower flaps. They can also work with gardening and agricultural machinery.
The wall-mounted gear lift tables are installed by means of a mounting plate at the back of the wall handle. Two models with 1500 and 3000 kg loads are available in stock.
A slightly different design solution is container sprocketswhich, as the name suggests, are intended to be mounted on a structure, most often containers. In addition to the slight differences in construction and assembly, these lift tables perform similar functions.
Container gear lift tables are used to manually lift container flaps, mucus, water tanks and similar. These lift tables, like the wall ones, are suitable for tensioning and compressing loads.
Hardened steel elements and special reinforcements used in their construction ensure durability and safety of work. Container gear lift tables have 1500 kg and 3000 kg lifting capacity.
