We often associate cranes with large machines that, thanks to their enormous sizes, are able to lift a really heavy load.

And while often such associations are as understandable as possible, there are several very popular positions in the offer of crane devices, which look completely undisclosed by the power they possess.

It is often said that “the small is beautiful, but the big is perhaps more”. In the case of devices proposed by our company, we should rather say “small is beautiful and it will lift practically everything”.

WHB winches

Hand winches PS -WHB For many years they have enjoyed the constant interest of our customers. Equipment available in this category is used to lift, drag and lower loads up to 1200 kg.

Thanks to the possibility of selecting galvanised or stainless steel versions, they are used almost everywhere: from the food and poultry industry to the automotive industry, shipyards and power plants, to the maritime and rail sectors.

The most common hand rope winches are equipment jib cranes, finding its use in pumping stations and sewage treatment plants.

The great advantage of the device is precise operation, regardless of the position of the winch, because WHB can work vertically as well as horizontally.

WHB rope winches are made of pressed steel to make their strength as high as possible. For greater safety, they are equipped with a locking cap, closed gearbox and brake. The winding of the rope is as simple as assembling and dismantling the crank. The winches are available immediately in three variants: 550 kg, 800 kg, 1 200 kg.

At the customer’s request, all models are equipped with galvanized or stainless steel ropes, which are equipped with a rubber deposit, hook or even a jackel.

Machinery skates

The best solution for horizontal transport is transport rollers. 

Despite the small size of such devices, they allow safe handling of loads with a weight of up to 36 tonnes! In view of the different expectations, the offer includes both wide-ranging transport rollers, with drawbar and complete roller sets.

They most often perform their function when carrying heavy equipment, containers, machine tools, hydraulic presses, printing machines. They are used to set production lines and machines on these lines. They work in every industry, regardless of the company’s characteristics, production facilities, warehouses.

Depending on the model, transport rollers with drawbar can be equipped with a rotating platform (PS-ST30) or a special hook to enable the forklift to be connected (PS-ST60 and PS-ST120). Thanks to the possibility of connecting rollers into sets or using even a few sets we are able to transport any cargo in the hall or warehouse.

Transport rollers in our offer are available immediately. Moreover, they are very affordable. They are made of hard-wearing nylon or steel, so they are solid and do not require frequent services.

Hand-held chain hoists

Hand-held chain hoists are practically inherent components of cranes, gantry winches and stationary cranes. Due to their practicality they are used to lift or transport heavy and often bulky loads. They are most commonly found in heavy industry, shipbuilding, construction, automotive industry and various types of maintenance work.

In standard design, these small-sized crane devices can manipulate loads weighing up to 9-10 tons!

Up to 50,000 kg of hoists are available on request. In the offer we also offer special constructions for low construction or production of aluminum. Moreover, from now on hand chain hoists are also available in the stainless and explosion-proof version of ATEX.

The great advantage of hand chain hoists is their low price, in particular compared to rope hoists.

Depending on the needs of the hoists HART KM and HART TS may be equipped with any length of the chain. Suspended in a carriage or specially prepared beam, they are an excellent tool for lifting, stressing and pulling out different loads.

Hart KM chain hoist This is the best alternative to electric chain hoists in places where for various reasons there is no access to electricity, the hoist will be occasionally used, or in plants where, due to its characteristics, electrical equipment simply cannot be fitted.

HART TS hand lever chain hoist is the best solution for lifting, stressing and pulling two loads. The structure of the lever hoist allows the load to be moved horizontally and vertically. Hand-held lever chain hoists have a slightly lower load capacity – the TS can manipulate weights of up to 9 tons. The device lever rotates 360°.
