The use of additional blades between the side rack and the girder significantly affects the stability of the whole structure, and the possibility of dividing/connecting the girders facilitates the storage and transport of long beams of the crane. The split into two parts does not affect the load being lifted โ girders do not have to be equal to keep their load. In addition, both parts can also be used as single aluminium beams when we do not need to use the entire length of the girder. For example, the gantry crane with a span of 6m consists of two beams of 3m. Assuming only one girder we can use the crane in a narrow room, which will contribute to easier maneuvering, more efficient cargo transport on wheels.
The height adjustment of the crane is dependent on the limit load (1000 โ 3000 kg) and the length of the girders (4 to 8 m). The gate can be up to 4 270 mm high.
In addition to the load and height of the device, attention should be paid to parameters such as the overall width and width in light, the height to the axles of the trolley, the platform spacing and their height, the range of height adjustment.
