Gate cranes also known as wickets, gantry winches, portal cranes or light gantry cranes are used wherever we cannot use bridge cranes, pole cranes, etc.
Simply put, they are perfectly suited to work under limited conditions when you can’t anchor or flood a crane device in the foundation permanently.
The gantry winches are primarily used to facilitate the transport of close to the outside and internal. Loading, unloading, replacement or tuning machines, working with vertical and horizontal loads, access to suspended loads on each side are only a few of the many advantages of an aluminum gantry crane.

Aluminium gantry cranes with the possibility of passing will work perfectly when there is a need to move with the device, for example to serve several workplaces in one company. The special construction of this type of crane enables not only the movement of the device itself, but also the possibility of passing the crane with suspended load.
Each of the goalers is folded and the crane beam (girder) can be divided into two parts. With this solution, we can take the crane to the van for any installation or service, which in turn facilitates and accelerates work.
Light aluminium design and many regulatory possibilities make the crane suitable for almost every workplace.
As a standard, our gantry winches are equipped with a hand-held carriage with the possibility of locking driving anywhere.
The cranes are equipped with 4 reverse, self-set, polyurethane wheels with brake which allow to move the crane longitudinally and transversely with the load hung on it. On both sides of the crane there are additional beams (shots) between the side rack and the girder, which increases stability.
They are performed with a single or double girder. Different lengths are possible – on a single 4 m, on a double up to 8 meters.

Optional:
Ability to make aluminum gantry cranes with divided / combined girder:
– the possibility of dividing girders into 2 parts (they do not have to be equal and they retain the load) – both parts can be used as single aluminium beams – the division facilitates storage and transport especially for long beams
The option is to replace the wheels with rubber. Rubber wheels are full, very flexible and absorb shocks and vibrations. Importantly, this option is available for gantry cranes with a limit load of up to 1000 kg!
