xetto^® is a transport trolley, lift platform and lift trolley in one. This innovative cargo-transport system is an excellent all-in-one solution.

How does xetto® work?

Transport

xetto® transports loads weighing up to 250 kg. Powerful wheels with a diameter of 160 mm allow each curb to be overcome or obstacles on the route up to 25 mm high. The large platform allows you to load a really wide range of goods, and thanks to the use of accessories such as a strap or net, the carried load is secured.

Lift

Any load that weighs up to 250 kg and fits into the cargo space can be raised more than a meter upwards. The platform raised to this height can also be used as a mobile mounting table. In workshops and warehouses it will work as a working table with height adjustment.

Loading

Thanks to the micro-hydraulic and kinematic system, xetto® “charges itself” with a load into the car.

But how is this process going?

After transporting the goods to the place of loading…

The load is raised to a maximum threshold height of 800 mm.

Further, it makes movement to the centre of the vehicle,

and the frame floats behind the load and slides under the platform.

Secured cargo on a complex trolley, can be transported to the destination.

The unloading is just as simple:

1. The frame moves out of the platform
2. Spreads to the necessary height to give a solid and stable design
3. Further, the platform with the load slides into place
4. The load with the platform is lowered down to a minimum height
5. The worker transports the cargo to the destination

Application

xetto® will work in every industry, but not always at the same stages and jobs.

It is used to load heavy equipment, load vans, unload goods on pallets, transport tyres. It is also possible to load all kinds of equipment/machine on wheels thanks to the possibility of mounting the raid. The xetto® trolley is also a practical equipment on warehouses and workshops.
