The very use of pneumatic drives in JDN PROFI hoists provides explosion protection and also guarantees resistance to dust and moisture. This makes the pneumatic hoists suitable not only for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, but also for demanding industrial applications and continuous work – temperatures – 20 to +70.

The PROFI series models are easy to use for all applications and have a sensitive control system that enables safe and precise positioning of loads. Lifts with a load capacity of 1t are standard equipped with overload protection.

All units require minimal maintenance, thanks to dust-tight ball bearings and permanently greased planetary gearbox with high performance lubricant.

Worked materials and coating make the hoists insensitive to factors such as paint particles, spray mist, moisture, aggressive fumes, dirt and dust. PROFI series devices are soundproofed, which contributes to reducing noise emissions. They are suitable for long-term, oil-free work.

Mini series models are the most compact pneumatic hoists from J.D. Neuhaus. During multi-change work, they are invariably efficient and precise even with compressed air fluctuations.

Thanks to intelligent design, the life of the series has been doubled and is now 800h. This means much higher productivity than in the previous model. At the same time, the model offers 20% more speed than its predecessor – even in continuous operation and at a liquid variable maximum speed.

The function of compressed air and compressed air cooling eliminates costly downtime. The model is 100% available and ready to use 24/7. Thanks to an engine housing made of uncoated aluminium casting and chain, chain guide, load sleeve and stainless steel hooks, it is resistant to high humidity, water, dirt and corrosion. The new optional stainless steel chain container further increases the level of hygiene. Intensive cleaning is not complicated – you can use a high-pressure washer because all labels are applied laserly. The rotary locking hook and air inlet are made of stainless steel, and a completely new stainless steel trolley increases usability in food production. All screws, nuts and other elements are corrosion resistant.
