Counterbalanced workshop cranes

Hand and electric cranes with counterweight are ergonomic solutions that guarantee the safety and flexibility of lifting and handling loads.

The use of counterweight design in cranes eliminated the need for chassis (front legs), making these devices easy to maneuver. Even with full load, cranes are very easy to drive.

With a total width of only 800mm (or for some electric models – 990mm), anti-weight cranes are extremely practical and will work anywhere in our company.

Application

They are very often used for the operation of industrial machines, e.g. when placing loads on machine tools, replacing tools and forms in CNC, or positioning moulds for injection moulding machines. The proposed cranes work in workshops, e.g. when carrying weights, replacing batteries, engines. They safely carry cargo over obstacles. They can be used in narrow lanes, restricted spaces, and anywhere where the installation of a permanent device to the floor is not an option. They are also dedicated to delivering loads on narrow and crowded mounting lines when a forklift can not be used there. They will work well on the work on heights and roofs. They are often used in the assembly of windows, installations, linings.

What else do you need to know:

The hydraulic system of cranes is standard equipped with an overload valve and a valve to prevent sudden discharge of the load in case of rupture of wires.

• Sturdy and smooth-moving swivel wheels fitted with parking brakes

• The load lowering knob allows for easy and precise adjustment of the lowering speed
• The arm can be equipped with even several hooks and additional accessories – magnets, vacuum lifts, suspensions, belts, special solutions.

• The lower frame of the crane is equipped with special brackets for forklift trucks- for safe lifting and transport of the crane at long distances.

Manual version:

Available manual versions of antiweight cranes have a load capacity of up to 1000 kg. Their maximum shoulder range is 2000mm. Hand cranes lift up to 3000mm high. On cranes with hand-lift, it is possible to perform electric lifting.
