Stationary aluminium gantry crane, 1000 and 1500 kg capacity

Gate cranes also known as wickets, gantry winches, portal cranes or light gantry cranes are used wherever we cannot use bridge cranes, pole cranes, etc.

Simply put, they are perfectly suited to work under limited conditions when you can’t anchor or flood a crane device in the foundation permanently.

The gantry winches are primarily used to facilitate the transport of close to the outside and internal. Loading, unloading, replacement or tuning machines, working with vertical and horizontal loads, access to suspended loads on each side are only a few of the many advantages of an aluminum gantry crane.

The load capacity of the presented gate: 1000 or 1500 kg.

Aluminium gate cranes are folded and the crane beam (girdler) can be divided into two parts. With this solution, we can take the crane to the van for any installation or service, which in turn facilitates and accelerates work.

Light aluminum design and many regulatory possibilities make the crane suitable for almost every workplace.

As a standard, the crane is equipped with a hand-operated carriage with the possibility of locking driving anywhere. Different lengths of girders are possible – up to 8 metres. The cranes may be single or double.

Optional:

• possibility of equipping wheels (polyurethane or rubber) with support for moving an unladen aluminium gantry crane inside or outside

– such a set of wheels with support can be optionally added to any type of fixed gate winch, – the wheels with support have a spring mechanism that withdraws (lifts) the wheel as soon as the load is placed on the winch and then the winch stands on the support of the set of wheels – each wheel in the set has brake – the addition of wheels increases the height of the crane

• construction of aluminium gantry cranes with divided / combined girder:

– possibility to divide each of the girders into 2 parts (not have to be equal, but retain the load) – both parts can be used as single aluminium beams – the division facilitates storage and transport especially for long beams

• equipment with a wall console which allows to attach the girder on one side to the wall.
