Webbing slings
The belt hanger is ancillary equipment for lifting equipment such as cranes is cranes. . . They are used in all industries. Practically every production or transport company in which it is necessary to transport an uncomfortable, heavy, or large-sized assortment uses the equipment.
APPLICATIONS
Using this type of suspension has many advantages. Thanks to the use of belt slings, it is possible to hang the load at its many points. The employee can also strap/tangle the transported product. Belts are flexible, light, and importantly do not carry an electrostatic charge.
Despite their low own weight, they are as strong as steel slings, and can also be rolled up and transported without any problem – it matters if we have to use the suspension “in the field” or in many places of one plant.
Compared to rope or chain slings, they will be the best choice if we work with a range of delicate surfaces, and the material from which they are made (polyester) has the greatest resistance to chemicals, including acids.
TYPES OF TERMINATION
There are several options for ending the belt sling.
If necessary, they may be endless (so-called closed circuit) or completed:
- two-sided loops,
- hooks,
- sewn with oval or triangular links.
Lifts
The colour and number of black stripes means the permissible operating load (DOR) of the suspension.
Note: we can double the load capacity if the suspension is made from four layers of straps.
| Suspension | Colour | load capacity of 2 layers | load capacity 4 layers |
